We have separate training sessions for our squad teams. Players will be selected from the try-outs and open sessions. The U18 squad will begin their preseason training on the 17th of July with Water resistance Training. Both U16 and U18 Squads will beign their on court training session on the 18th of July.

The training times for the squad teams are as follows:

U18 National League team:
Our U18 squad team will not only take part in on court practices but will also be involved in water resistance training, gym sessions and spin cycle sessions all with the aim to increase fitness, stamina and strength
.

On-court Training:
When: Wednesdays, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Water Resistance Training:
When:
Every other Tuesday, 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Spin Cycle/Gym sessions:
When: Every other Tuesday, 5:00pm - 5:45pm
